How much does it cost to buy guest posts?
Guest posts start at $85 for a DR 20+ site and are priced by the site’s Domain Rating and traffic. Every price includes the outreach, a 750+ word article written by us and one dofollow link. Each tier shows its traffic range, and we guarantee the bottom of that range on the day we deliver.
- 750+ word article written by us
- 1 dofollow contextual link
- Your anchor text and URL
- Live URL report
Launch offer: prices above apply to orders placed by 31 December 2026. After that, the regular (struck-through) prices apply.

What we need from you
Your target URL
The page you want to rank. One link per guest post.
Your anchor text
The words you want linked. Branded and partial-match anchors look most natural.
Your niche

Anything to avoid
Competitors, topics or sites you already have links from.
What do we check on every site?
Domain Rating is one number. Every site we use passes five checks, or it doesn’t make our list.
01 · Traffic trend
Stable or growing organic traffic in Ahrefs over the last 12 months. Sites in steady decline are excluded.
02 · Topical relevance
We read 5 to 7 recent articles to confirm the site genuinely covers your niche.
03 · Editorial standards
No thin articles, AI filler or obvious link-placement formatting.
04 · Clean outbound links
No sites stuffed with unrelated outbound links or signs of link schemes.
05 · No “write for us” pages
Sites that sell posts to anyone publicly carry less authority, so we leave them out.
What results have guest posts delivered?
Guest posts were the core of two of our recent campaigns. Both started from a weak backlink profile, so the results include clean-up work alongside the new links.
Organic traffic for a B2B SaaS CRM in 6 months: 4,200 to 18,500 visits a month, with 42 guest posts among 128 links.

What does a guest post report look like?
Every order ends with a report listing each live link, the site’s DR and organic traffic, and the anchor used. Here’s what one looks like for a three-link order.
| Live link | DR | Traffic / mo | Tier | Meets spec | Anchor | Link |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| saas-growth-blog.example/… | 34 | 6,200 | DR 30+ | ✓ Yes | Acme CRM | Dofollow |
| sales-ops-weekly.example/… | 47 | 12,800 | DR 40+ | ✓ Yes | sales pipeline software | Dofollow |
| startup-tools-review.example/… | 52 | 9,400 | DR 50+ | ✓ Yes | acmecrm.com | Dofollow |
Example only: the sites, client and numbers above are illustrative, not a real order. Traffic is Ahrefs’ organic estimate on the day we deliver.

Get started →What is a guest post, and why does it help?
A guest post is an article published on another site that links back to yours. Placed on a relevant site with real readers, it passes authority to your page, helps it rank, and puts your brand in front of a new audience. Links still matter: Backlinko found Google’s #1 result has 3.8 times more backlinks than positions 2 to 10. More in our guide to what backlinks are and our link building statistics.
Guest posts suit new pages that need authority. If you’d rather add links to articles that already rank, see niche edits.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a guest post take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from order to live link. Higher DR tiers can take longer because editors at bigger sites move more slowly.
Do I approve the site before it’s published?
No. You choose the DR tier, and we choose and vet the site. Instead of approval, every site is guaranteed to meet the DR tier, traffic minimum and niche you ordered on the day we deliver. If it doesn’t, we replace it or refund that link.
What does DR mean, and why do you also check traffic?
Domain Rating (DR) is Ahrefs’ score for the strength of a site’s backlink profile, from 0 to 100. A high DR alone can be faked, so every tier also has a guaranteed traffic minimum and every site passes our five checks.
Is this the same as blogger outreach or sponsored posts?
They’re closely related. Guest posts, blogger outreach and sponsored posts all mean getting an article with your link published on another site. With our guest post service, we do the outreach to real sites, write a 750+ word article that fits the publication and place your link in the text.
Are the links dofollow and permanent?
Yes, every link is dofollow. If a link is removed or made nofollow within 6 months, we replace it free.
What niches do you cover?
We’ve placed links for clients in 15+ industries, including SaaS, healthcare, legal, ecommerce and home services. If you’re in a restricted niche such as gambling, CBD or adult, ask us before ordering so we can confirm we have suitable sites.
Do you offer white-label guest posts for agencies?
Yes. Agencies get unbranded reports with every live URL, DR and traffic figure, ready to send to clients. See white-label link building.
Is buying guest posts safe?
No paid link is completely risk-free: Google’s spam policies treat links bought to influence rankings as link spam. We keep the risk low by using only real sites with real traffic and relevant content, no public “write for us” pages, and natural anchor variety.
