How does managed link building work?
- Strategy call. A free call where we look at your site, your competitors and your goals.
- Gap analysis and plan. We measure the gap in linking websites between your target pages and the pages ranking above them, and set the pages, anchors and link mix for month one.
- We build the links. Manual outreach to real, traffic-checked sites in your niche, through guest posts and niche edits.
- You see them live, then we invoice. Each link’s live URL, DR and traffic come to you before the invoice.
- Review and adjust. Each month we check what moved and shift the plan towards the pages and keywords that need it.
What do we guarantee on managed plans?

Each site meets the DR tier, traffic minimum and niche we agreed on the day we deliver. If it doesn’t, we replace it or refund that link.
6-month replacement
If a link is removed or made nofollow within 6 months, we replace it free, or refund it if we can’t.

How many links do I get each month?
4 links a month on Starter, 8 on Growth and 16 on Scale. We recommend a plan after the gap analysis, based on how far your target pages are behind the pages ranking above them.
Which link types are included?
A mix of guest posts and niche edits. Guest posts go to pages that need authority; niche edits go to pages already close to page 1. Every site passes our five checks and has a guaranteed traffic minimum.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There’s no lock-in contract. You can change or stop your plan if it isn’t working for you.
Do I approve the sites?
No. We choose and vet every site, and each one is guaranteed to meet the agreed DR tier, traffic minimum and niche. You see every live URL before you’re invoiced.
Which pages do you build links to?
The pages that matter most for revenue and are closest to ranking, chosen in the gap analysis. That’s usually service, product and comparison pages before blog posts.
How long until I see results?
In our experience, most campaigns show movement within 3 to 6 months, depending on how competitive your keywords are and how big the gap is. We can’t promise rankings; we can promise the links and the reporting.
