At Badass Backlinks, we invest significant time, resources, and costs into every order from the moment it’s placed.
Because our services involve manual outreach, third-party website placements, and work that cannot be reversed once started, this policy is designed to protect both parties, with priority on the integrity of our business operations.
1. All Sales Are Final Once Work Starts
Once outreach begins, content is created, or placements are secured, no cancellations or refunds will be issued, regardless of the stage of completion.
This applies even if placements are still in progress, as expenses are committed from day one.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to hello@badassbacklinks.com before any work starts.
- If approved, a refund will be issued minus payment processing fees and any pre-work costs incurred (e.g., content prep, prospect list building).
- “Work” includes research, prospecting, outreach emails, content drafting, or purchasing placements.
3. No Refunds for Client-Caused Delays or Changes
Refunds will not be issued if service delivery is delayed or impacted due to:
- Slow or missing responses from the client
- Changes in project scope after order confirmation
- Alterations to your website that impact placement relevance or approval
4. No Refunds for Third-Party Changes
We have no control over third-party websites after a placement is made. No refunds are offered if:
- The site owner removes or edits the content or link
- The site goes offline, changes ownership, or modifies its editorial policy
- The placement is moved to a different but relevant page on the same site
5. Quality & Replacement Policy
We guarantee that all link placements will meet the quality specifications stated in your order (e.g., domain authority, niche relevance).
If a placement fails to meet these criteria due to our fault, we will:
- Replace the link with one of equal or greater quality, or
- Issue a refund for that specific placement only
6. No Guarantee of Results
SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with rankings, traffic, or sales performance after link placement.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Requests must be emailed to hello@badassbacklinks.com with your order number and reason for request.
- We will review and respond within 5 business days.
- Refund approvals are at our sole discretion, within the terms outlined here.
8. Processing of Approved Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, typically 7–10 business days.
